다른 사람들에게서 보이는 상처를 아물게 하자

우리가 하루 동안 만나는 사람들을 한 사람 한 사람씩 사랑하기 시작합시다. 그리고……. 주님께서 우리처럼 이 세상에 사셨을 때 그분이 우선적(優先的)으로 사랑하셨던 사람들을 우리 마음속에 품읍시다. 그리고 그들의 상처를 치유하기 위해 우리의 마음과 손을 활짝 폅시다. 배고픈 사람에게 먹을 것을 주고 조언해주고 가르치고 고통받는 사람들을 찾아갑시다. 그렇게 할 때 우리는 주님을 닮게 될 것입니다. 주님은 오로지 사랑에 기준을 두고 우리를 심판하실 것입니다.
 
"Start loving each person you meet during the day, one by one, and, … fill your heart with those people he preferred when he lived on earth like you. Open your heart and hands to heal the wounds, to feed the hungry, to counsel, to teach, to visit those who are suffering. This is what makes you like him. And he will judge you precisely on love."
