사랑을 증거하자.

실제로 우리 크리스천들이 예수님께서 우리에게 주신 사랑의 계명으로 함께 살아간다면 세상은 우리 크리스천들을 좀 더 믿음직스러워 할 것입니다. 예수님을 따른다고 하는 우리 가운데 아직도 완전한 일치는 없지만, 그래도 서로 사랑하며 살아감으로써 우리는 여전히 주님을 증거 할 수 있습니다. 주님께서는 ‘두 사람이나 세 사람이라도 내 이름으로 모인 곳에는 [교부들 가운데 몇 사람은 ‘내 이름으로’라는 의미를 ‘내 사랑으로’라는 의미라고 설명합니다.] 나도 함께 있기 때문이다.’라고 약속하셨습니다. 그러므로 우리가 서로 사랑할 때 예수님이 하신 이 약속의 말씀이 이루어지는 것을 볼 기회가 생길 것입니다. 
 
Indeed, we Christians will be more credible if we live together with the commandment of love that Jesus gave us. Although among us followers of Jesus there is not yet full unity, we can still bear witness to him by living mutual love. This gives us the opportunity to see one of Jesus’ promises come true: ‘Where two or three are gathered in my name  [which some Church Fathers interpret as ‘in my love’] I am there among them.'
